Implement interfaces for CollectionReference

For easier implementation of unit tests in some other projects which uses this as dependency, it is better and easier to make use of interfaces compared to directly instantiating and using the CollectionReference class.

Need of a simpler paged return model from reference.GetPaged

The return type of Tuple<IList, long> is confusing for some. Change the return type to a new Class with properties for IList (returned list) and long (total number of rows).
