Thank you for providing the implementation of Faster-RCNN, however, I have a comment, since the code is too long, I lost focus during studying and running cell by cell especially during creating anchors and boxes although I have found a good explanation of anchor box from the below link but still it is not clear for me and I cannot implement by myself, so

It could be good if one tries to separate sections of Faster RCNN and describe them better,

Hi, it's probably a stupid question. But I can't figure out the meaning of the values (dy, dx, dh, dw).
Any explanation would be helpful, thx!
