As part of the aws provider upgrade in PR #25 the pipeline command of terraform init was changed to terraform init -upgrade. The issue is to revert the pipeline command.

As of now I am running the pwd command and then passing the value of the command to the path flag via the option --path=${TFCode}.
I want to check if I can specify the . command or remove that flag and if the cli is smart enough to run it from the pwd.

Add a source tag with a link to this repository to easily identify which resource is provisioned from which IAC code.

Update the aws provider version to: 5.31.0
