When opening/creating session log for writing, instead of using the default ASCII encoding for python 2, specify the encoding to be utf-8. Routers sometimes spit out non-ASCII unicode.

The passwords are appearing in the device session logs and in the command log, i.e:

Handle the situation when the ssh host key has changed i.e. after the device upgrade.
