Allows to add transformations to final metric results before finally handing them to the ReportHandlers.

Before running the evaluator, call bind() method for generating a corresponding BindingResult between individual goldstandard and matcher alignments. This can be used on the client side to directly recognize and handle occuring binding failures and later be used for properly computing the metric results.

Fix for relative distance and rank metrics

Introduce sorting rule to allow client to decide if and how to sort the final matcher results.

The configuration should be easily writable to a file and from file to the POJO. Bind this file to generated report files by handlers.

Enable configuration writable/readable to/from properties/config file. Associate final created directory of holding the reports with the file.
