Releases (defunct)

This was the place that Kreato Linux releases were in.

Due to additional work that supporting/creating releases have, and personal opinions, Kreato Linux will be now rolling-only.

Plans for Kreato Linux v2.0 stable version are cancelled.

Assets that were used in these versions will be available on our assets repository.

Please report any bugs to the source tree instead. We don't recommend using these versions. They are pretty incomplete and are not compatible with newer versions of packages.

Make a new website

Immutable edition?

This might be beneficial for stability.

Since (my) workflow will be mostly based off of containers, it wouldn't make much difference.

And the distribution wouldnt lose customizability over this since you would able to build images yourself with custom packages, files, and configuration.

My main concern is the efficiency with this method. New images would have to be downloaded for updates, and i dont like that it will download the whole image everytime i need to update.

But there may be a way to fix that.
