Relief Camps Page refreshing issue

Once we click the search button in Relief Camps page, the values in the dropdowns (districts and places) disappear. I think, this will lead to confusions when public start using to search different districts and places.

After Login, the intented page should be shown

Once we try to login to Campus Requirement page, it asks the login page and once the credentials are entered and click the submit button, it goes back to the default Relief Camps page. Can we display the intented page itself (in this case Campus Reuirement page)?

Make table properly view in mobile

The main menu on the top left hand side is not populating from mobile

Anticipated problem - Transaction Locks

Anticipated problem -Since the data populated by the public and entry by Campus Admins can be happened simultaneously and the data refers to the same table. There are chances of Transaction locks once the data from all the relief camps are entered and table become huge. We have to do some performance/stress testing in this area.
