Add set functionality

Adding the functionality to be able to set a value into the vault

Create Release pipeline

Create release pipeline creating a new release on tag adding the builded software to it.

Refactor Encryption/Decryption

Since currently the asymmetric features wont work the vault encryption/decryption needs to be refactored.

Adding the functionality to be able to load a value from the vault

Add parameters to control the length, minUpperCase, minLowerCase, minNumberic, minSymbol to the microvault generation command.

Vault open functionality

There should be a functionality to open the Vault. For this, the current encryption must be taken into account and the data must be decrypted correctly.

Add publish possibility

Add possibility to publish at least as environment.

Add JavaDoc / KotlinDoc to all classes/methods

Native Build

Validate that the native build is possible. If it does not work currently, make it possible.

Possibility to generate Secrets

There should be a way to generate a secret for a key. A microvault generate <key> would be helpful for this. This way the password would not have to be generated via another tool.

There should be rudimentary tests to check the functionalities
