Wire layout elements to fragment methods

Like the title says. Does not need to be communicating with the back end yet, just have the buttons incrementing the life counter and the reset button resetting player life.

Rewire "Continue as Guest" button to go straight to "Quick Game", circumventing the rest of the UI.

Create Game Activity and Layout

Create a new activity, fragment, and layout for the actual life tracking part of the app.

These don't have to be working or wired together yet. Just get the pieces into place and then we can worry about getting them to work.

Integrate backend authentication.

Design a basic layout for a single player game

Just get all the page elements into place in the layout.

Add friend detail fragment.

This should be shown when a user's display card is tapped. This interface should show additional details, and provide a way for users to invite this person to a new game.
