Add information about the version of Skosmos this API client has been developed against, preferably a commit hash (to be updated) or Skosmos version.

As it says in https://docs.laminas.dev/laminas-http/client/advanced/#data-streaming, it'd be better if expected big files (as in the case of whole vocabulary downloading) would be written directly to a file via data streaming instead of keeping them in memory. This may require a change in the respective public interface data-related method(s).

We are still missing tests for both CLI and direct usage.

As it would be useful to have, a configuration file option (-c, --config) would ease out the usage of this software.

At the moment most client methods return original Skosmos API data (converted to PHP arrays). I wonder if it'd be possible to design a more ready-to-use result set, i.e., arrays of concepts etc etc.

Support for HTTP 304 responses should be added (as per the specification file, those are supported by Skosmos).

There needs to be updated instructions on how to run client methods from PHP code (i.e., the setup for setting up the Laminas client and Laminas config).
