Would be useful a UI to create new API keys

I don't see a way to create new API keys, Would be possible to ship the same script you use for the hosted server?

Missing class/sblamservices.php

I was trying to run the server today but it seems that the file class/sblamservices.php is missing in the repository. Would be great if you could upload it too. thanks
