Features

• Real Estate Office Purchase and sell houses at the real estate office in Rockford Hills (Briefcase Symbol)
• Houses With the total of 69 houses there will be endless ways to replay the game.
• Hotels and Apartments There are 43 hotels and apartments available for rent with varying costs and durations.
• Interiors Each house, apartment or hotel suite has a interior (currently there are 15 interiors in total)
• Custom Interiors We are developing custom interiors some will be based on location with working windows and some can be used everywhere. Even in your Custom Savehouse!
  Please note that R did not make many interiors for GTA V. We are adding custom-built interiors in each version, but those take some time to build and can lower your FPS count when nearby.
• Custom Savehouse Don't like any of the houses we provided then create a custom savehouse and assign the interior you want anywhere on the map.
• Custom Savespot Created your own custom map and want to enjoy our mod with it then create your own custom savespot.
• No Grouping Characters own their houses so they won't live together.
• Multiple characters can live in the same hotel.
• Realistic pricing depending on exteriors and locations.

Gathering of Realtor Camera positions for houses.

Collect all coordinates for the camera position used by the realtor to show the houses.

Tweak outside camera turn angles for houses and hotels.

We need to test camera work for the retailers.

Bug in house list stays at 3/# even while changing category

In version 084_6_cb or 084_06_CIBUILD I encounter a bug when I leave a house list at 3/4 and I go to another category I start there not at 1/# but at 3/# in the menu! It is showing the correct location for as far as I can tell.

Working retail offices integrated.

Add realtor offices to the map and create the mechanics.

Starting the search for the websites.

Starting the search in the Game files for the location of the ingame websites.

Adding Camerawork for houses.

It could be handy to have a installation video!

House blip and save point are at realtor camera view point.

In version 084_6_cb or 084_06_CIBUILD I encounter the bug that after purchasing of a house the blip and the actual save point are not at the door as we would imagine but at the view point from the Realtor camera.

Testing the possibility of using the characters phone to interact with

Let's figure out how to make the characters phone a part of this mod. Maybe for navigation purposes or to access the websites.

It could be cool if we can make a app for this to use on the phone.

Adding read only instructions to mod pages

We need to add:

Make sure your save location is NOT read only! Right click the folder, go to properties and untick 'read only'

To our mod descriptions on GTA5-mods and GTAInside.

Sleeping through night does not change date.

Finding good interiors to use!

We already got a couple interiors that we can use for this mod but perhaps there are more out there. So lets use this issue to attach our ideas for good interiors.

Add controller controls to turn mod On/Off

Check if other realtor offices are working.

Testing wardrobe possibility.

We would like to create wardrobe functionality inside the interiors. For this to happen we need to have the location of the wardrobes inside the interiors and code to go with it.

Add versioning to shGUI files to see for which versions it is used.

Currently the shGUI file is used by all our mod versions but starting from 085 there are going to be big differences between builds. To keep track we need versioning for the shGUI also.

Add end-rent mechanic for player inside interior.

Do we need a place to explain the controls used inside the mod.

Shall I add a controls section in the main readme.md from this repo and is it a good idea to add it inside the .lua file as well.

Add one night stay period to hotels.

Adding mechanic to prevent NPCs spawn in interiors.

Sometimes NPCs spawn inside interiors. Creating scary and strange scenarios. So lets erase them!

Adding Camerawork for hotels.

Removing houses to allow more custom houses.

Remove house total from 93 to 69. This allows for more custom house point creations.

Gameplay video for 0.8.5

I need to create a gameplay video for 0.8.5 that shows all functions. Included but not limited to:

• Realtor mechanics
• Custom savehouse creation
• Renting of hotels and apartments.

Mouse downwards movement changes menu

When moving the mouse downwards the menu selection also goes down. This is probably related with the controller settings.

Gathering of Hotel Camera positions

Collect all coordinates for the camera position used by the hotels.

Rework exit mechanics.

Updating changelog inside .lua files

Since version 0.7.8 we haven't updated the changelog. We need to do that.

Rework update mechanics for h and ht locals.

Increase fade-out period for interior spawn.

Test OI mod compatibility, add enter mechanic for interior 6

Testing if OpenInteriors mod is compatible with The Savehouse Mod. We already encounter problems with some interiors. Especially interior 6 is a difficult one to enter. We need to find a fix for this

Evaluate possibility of including other mods' interiors.

Crash to Desktop when saving.

@hennysmafter I´ve played the Game minutes ago and got a CTD when saving the Game. I´ve purchased a House at the Beach, went there and saved the Game and it crashed to Desktop. It was the same with the first Version of this Mod months ago and i could solve this Issue by changing the sleeptimer to 0.

Test custom interior addition possibility.

Remember cam view prior to realtor entering

Re-evaluate house prices.

Possible bug while playing as Non Character NPC

There is a bug reported that the game goes to black screen when you use a NPC different from Micheal, Franklin or Trevor. The NPC used was LaceyTurner.

It was reported as solved because of a conflict with a car mod. Still want to look if we can change NPCs and operate our mod.

Merge all .getproximity..() functions

Time changes after you exit realtor office.

Alignment of on screen text is now off center.

We need to fix the alignment of the on screen messages they are now a bit to the right from center.

Tweak Z coords for spawn-in in interiors.
