Be more explicit about CORS in get request

Verify that $.get is always using CORS.

love all the hard work here. Do you have a table that compares the current CDN's to see how far along they have progressed with enforcing https?

Slightly more detail on test page

Including the specific ask of redirect -> HSTS -> preload.

Finish testing desktop Safari

Browser Stack didn't do a great job with the Safari screenshots, and I don't have a Mac. Get some help testing this on various versions of desktop Safari.

List target CDNs, and green/yellow/red for whether they've moved

Yellow = recommends https URL, but doesn't force redirect.

Strict Transport test

www.cdn.konklone.io has Strict Transport enabled for itself. Test this behavior specifically.

Do a double-request to test out Strict Transport

So that it can be done in one go, without refreshing the page for a new client. This shouldn't be that hard. I should be able to take what's in the hsts branch and merge it in. It'll just be annoying to retake all the screenshots.
