Help needed

Hi Kollins,
Great work you have done here!
I am in the process of adapting your code to run on PC and I am currently facing an issue.
I had to remove a lot of functionalities that were related to the android app so I may have removed some needed method or class.
The issue I am facing is in the CPU execution: the decodeAndExecute method seems to be always running the same instruction - ADC, which has index 0. I believe this is because in my current code INSTRUCTION_ID vector is filled with zeros. Is there a placed where this vector would be filled with meaningful values?
I know that this is an old project... Anyway, your help would be greatly appreciated!
