teamchat server side application
tcserver 是一组im通讯的核心服务组件。
它包含三个微服务：
account_service 用于账号管理，登录会话管理，朋友关系管理等账号强相关的业务
group_service 用于群组管理，包括群的创建和解散，群成员管理，群管理员管理，群公告管理等与群强相关的业务
chat_service 用于聊天管理，聊天消息管理，未读消息处理等聊天强相关的业务
