Add entry class

Add a class, such as ChessGame or similar, to be an entry point to the chessy-core library.

As a UI developer I want to get information about the situation on board

As a UI developer, I want to render the board, so I need information about the pieces' type and location.

Test cases:

  • if there is no piece at all, I want to render an empty board
  • if there is only one piece, I want to get information that the board is empty, except for one field occupied by a given piece
  • I don't want to decode the information, I probably want to enumerate each field of the board
