Lab | Installing PowerBi Desktop (Optional)

In this session of Unit 4 we will be learning PowerBI and you are going to need PowerBi Desktop intalled for this session. If you already have PowerBi Desktop installed then you can skip this lab as it is an optional one.

Installation

1. Click on this link to download PowerBi Desktop from the Microsoft store
2. Create an account using your work or school email address (Note: you cannot use a gmail or any public mail service to open an account)
3. Follow the on screen installation instructions to complete your installation process
4. Import in a data source (csv or excel) to test that the installation is working
