Optimise containers

I'm not going to bother making containers space efficient until I've got a working solution, but at that point it would be good to get the size down.

One thing that would probably help is not installing packages that aren't necessary. Because the containers are actually using the host system docker, I'm not sure if we need to go to the effort of installing it or not.

Make dev easy

DCOS is kind of not really a development environment, so some of its features, like Marathon deployments may not be helpful in development. There's still value in having a prod-like environment available for use, so I'd like to figure out how an on-demand DCOS cluster could be utilised in development.

For .NET Core, one way to get quick response with containers is to attach your source as a volume, and run dotnet watch in the container. So updates are automatically picked up whenever a change is made. Maybe something similar could be used for DCOS, since the containers are all executing from the host machine anyways, attaching the source volume may just work for updating running code without a blue/green deployment.

Another alternative is to use DCOS as designed, and force changes through a standard build process, but have a separate, simpler network (of just plain containers) for dev. This would have the added benefit of keeping containers more platform agnostic, because they'd need to work independently or part of a DCOS cluster.
