Current possibilities include:

• the quality of wine data set from the ordinal package (all the predictors are factors);
• the sales price data set from Applied Linear Regression (can we publish with this data if we properly cite?).

• Add figure numbers in code comments. (Done.)
• Check R code snippets. (Done.)
• Check captions. (Done.)
• Make sure code chunks use set.seed before computing residuals or surrogate values. (Done.)

@bgreenwell I realize that this may be a bad time to ask this question, but why aren't you using the rticles package to write this paper for the R Journal?
