Todo:
1] delete old market orders when database is updated
2] create view market order method
3] rename UpdateDatabase.java to something else
4] modify UpdateDatabase to get market orders for each typeID in the modlist database
5] modify UpdateDatabase to get market orders for each regionID in the regionlist database
6] create front end gui for easy viewing, and modifying the datebase
