Purpose:

Completely automate the Power off procedures in the event that we need to shut down for a power outage. Automate the shutdown process for poweroutages, hardware maintenance or Storm Prep.

The script will perform the following:

1. The Administrator will be asked to agree to the above statement with the understand of the below tasks
2. Verify that no systems are running on Snapshots
3. Create Clones of some systems
4. Create snapshots of some systems
5. Shutdown systems based on an order in the ServerList.csv
6. Put the Hosts in Maintenance Mode
7. Shutdown the Hosts
