Android NDK r14, r14b, r15beta1 Boost compliation failure

Download Boost (e.g. 1.63.0) from http://www.boost.org/users/download/, and unzip it into app/libs/boost_1_63_0.

Run

./gradlew externalNativeBuildRelease

You will observe a Clang crash akin to the following:

This crash only occurs for x86_64, and only in Release mode (-O2 and higher).
