• cloneする
• Laravelの構築を進める（composer installなど）
• データベースの作成と接続（.env作成）
• yarnやnodeをインストール
• npm run devで反映させる
• workspaceのポート8000を開ける
• php artisan serve --host=0.0.0.0で立ち上げ
• nginxで接続できればなおよし（できてない）

目的

トレーニング管理アプリを作る。

トレーニングの候補を管理画面から登録する 日付を選んで、編集。 その日にやったトレーニングと重量、回数を管理 今までの最大重量をマイページで確認できるようにする 部位を選ぶと候補が代わり、最大重量も教えてくれる

目標体重と期間を設定すると、1日に必要なカロリーとタンパク質を教えてくれる
