Adjust markers on hover

Make markers easier to click when hovering.

create useEffect for API call

Radio buttons not active

• Radio buttons are not showing as active, but are working. Started after attempt to create custom radio buttons.

Add API timeout

Sometimes, the API call won't fail and will hang on random measurement calls.

Add a timeout to say something like there's no available data.

.catch isn't finding an error to log.

Government entity filter is not working

• Government entity filter is not working, API call works but React crashes the program.
  • May be an API loading issue (i.e. React is rendering too fast?)
  • Turned off for now.

Pull from /averages rather than measurements

1. Pull in more data from measurements and go from there
2. Look at /averages and see if it can pull more averaged data for the chart

Currently, it's pulling in so many readings, it won't go an entire month without hitting the limit

Refactor and organize code

• Refactor and organize code, separating out functions into own files.

Create App.js

Initial render of basic page - add CSS to make it basic and responsive

Grab current date + one month back automatically

helper functions:

currentDate()

oneMonthAgo()

pull in current date, adjust month as needed.

Add unit tests

(ensure API works in all the various situations - would fix current bugs)

Allow user to select date range to pull in data
