Could you add the functionality of instead of having to do:

Thailand.i18n_backend.locale = :en
Thailand::Country.instance.sub_regions.first.name
Thailand.i18n_backend.locale = :th
Thailand::Country.instance.sub_regions.first.name

add the functionality to specify the locale you require:

Thailand::Country.instance.sub_regions.first.name(:en)
Thailand::Country.instance.sub_regions.first.name(:th)

Basically forcing .yml lookup on only 1 request. This would clean things up when using both languages together.

Otherwise, an app that uses both English and Thai would have to swap back and forth.
