Hi, this is a cool project!

I'm thinking about forking and taking a stab at implementing a couple of new features like support for colors. I noticed the codebase does not have a license file, although the description says "free and open-source web-based application". Do you mind adding a license to make it official?

I cannot click the backlash even if i have \ in the palette.

Hello everyone! Sorry for dumb questions, I'm not an expert in ascii and other encoding and character things. But I found something strange happening with ͞ character

this is how my ascii art looks with courner new font in ASCII art paint.

This is how it looks in text input mode.

And this is how it looks in .html file opened in notepad++

This symbol is somehow strangely crumpled, and in different ways in different editors. Just look at the top of her head on these 3 screenshots.
Can someone please tell me what's the matter? Is this a bug or a feature?

If i try to load a 1000 KB map.txt into the program it snaps,memory limit timeout.
I have tried to increase the limit via php and even tried local load and still same issue.

Sure would be nice to be able to paint with colors via ANSI escape codes.

Slow processing when editing symbol palate (especially when i set the maximum character range to a large number), this would be great if you made it faster, thanks.
