youtube_recommender_system

This project focussed on recommending videos to multiple users to make them laugh. This system also analyzed the preblems of recommending popular videos with maximum view counts and likes. Main focus of this recommendation system is to implement a recommendation system which is personalized to the users based on his previous interests and other relative videos using collaborative filtering technique

Prerequisites

Anaconda 2.7 Developer Key from google API

Run the following commands on the cmd/terminal: pip install google-api-python-client pip install nltk pip install graphlab

Visualizing the results

Graphlab is used to visualize parameters such as precision and recall of the model. You would need to register with the official/institutional email id to use graphlab.
