建議最後把圖表X軸範圍限縮一下
中間的長條圖有點難理解
然後boxplot的使用時機不會是一個X軸為連續數值下的情形使用(X軸應該是類別，箱形圖看的是同個類別當中的分布情形)
如果要使用至少要是有許多人有同樣的Salary的情況才會使用Boxplot
建議直接畫出scatterplot會比較符合這裡的情況
