using Homebrew, "brew install ffmpeg --with-fdk-aac" does not appear to "--enable-libfdk-aac"

for example:

ffmpeg -i input.mp4 -c:v copy -c:a libfdk_aac -b:a 96k -ac 2 output.mp4;

gives me an error: "Unknown encoder 'libfdk_aac'"

Can anybody else confirm this, or point me in the right direction if I am missing something.

Install all possible ffmpeg options:
brew install ffmpeg --with-faac --with-fdk-aac --with-fontconfig --with-freetype --with-frei0r --with-libass --with-libbluray --with-libcaca --with-libquvi --with-libsoxr --with-libvidstab --with-libvorbis --with-libvpx --with-opencore-amr --with-openjpeg --with-openssl -with-opus --with-rtmpdump --with-schroedinger --with-speex --with-theora --with-tools --with-x265
