Custom Field Data Duplication

First of all thanks for the tool, I searched such a tool, and only AzureBoardsBlockDuplicates is the one tool to block duplicated data.

However I would like to ask if the tool works not only Title and Description fields, but also work for a custom field? Is it possible to improve the tool to work for any custom field?
