Support live reloading hiccup
Emoji breaks when running on windows
return a html string contains an emoji, for example

Inline script tags on <head> might break
I haven't checked what cause it but the html scittle example from https://babashka.org/scittle/

workaround for now, put the script tag on the body
Make this REPL friendly
we managed to make this work on our clojure/jvm code, will port that here to make it babashka compatible
Changes on router function is not registered on hot reload
