Access Token Setup

Generate your Github's access token in Settings > Developer settings > Personal access tokens > New token and create one with full repository permitions.

Then put that token in the .env file at the root of the project - Check the .env.example.

• Document the functions inside the ExGithubCleaner.Db module.
  • Search how should I document this kind of stuff first...
• Consider using environment variables, or a config files, to set the name of the migration file and the SQLite3 database file.
• Remove the hello function from the project (and its test).
• Setup the routines to create a new SQLite3 database locally.
