The following information is made available via Lifesum and I would like to record it:

• Calories
• Protein
• Carbs
• Fiber
• Sugars (unfortunately this does not split out added sugars from natural sugars to my knowledge...maybe google it?)
• Fat
• Saturated Fat
• Unsaturated Fat
• Cholesterol (needs mg -> g converter)
• Sodium (needs mg -> g converter)
• Potassium (needs mg -> g converter)

When I input my nutrition information (i.e. run MacrosApp), I need prompts that ask whether this is linked to a workout or not, and if yes, have me select a workout from the workouts-log.csv tail; else, relates_to on the Macros item will be "null" (as a string).

I need the ability to measure my

• Arm diameter
• Thigh diameter
• Waist diameter
• Chest diameter
• Calf diameter

As well as

• Date and time of measurements
