To check if the Article contains an abstract section.
I just create 3 private methods with a query to get Title, Abstract and ID from each Articles separately. These methods must return an Optional objects.
Then, I just check the Optional to verify if the article have an abstract or not.

When I generate the file, the first line is empty.
So to fix it, I just split the string get from the XQuery query with '\n' character.
Then, after splitting string, just create and fill file with content.
