Incompatibility with send shortcut

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create and write a new email. Add some receivers
2. hit <CTRL>-<ENTER> (keyboard shortcut to send the email
3. Confirm the email adddresses and hit the send button
=> The email is not sent and we are back to the "write email folder"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If the send button is clicked instead of using the keyboard shortcut, then
the email is sent as expected. If the send keyboard shortcut is used,
nothing actually happend.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Thunderbird 3.0.4/Windows Vista with the latest version of the
confirm-address addon. By the way, it has been this way since I've
installed the addon, no matter the version of thunderbird.

keyboard only operation is impossible

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. write test mail, hit send
2. use tab and space keys to confirm all addresses 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
send button should become valid when all addresses are ticked, but it is
still greyed. need to re-check addresses using mouse.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
confirm-address 1.2.3
thunderbird 3.0
windows XP

Addresses white list

Hello,

Some features I think that could be usefull to add:

1. Addreses white list: in very big organizations is not enough with the 
"domain". Some addresses inside your domain could be "unsecure" too.

2. it would be nice if we could set a "white list" with all the "secure" emails 
in our organization.

3. Then, the interface could say:
3.1 you are sending this email to these addresses in your white list.
3.2 you are sending this email to these addresses in domain (but not in you 
white list).
3.3 you are sendind this email to these external addresses.

With the 3.1 and 3.2, the user should have the option to decide when these 
warnings will be showed separetly (as now, in the 1.2.6 version you can decide 
if you want to receive warnings from the addresses in your domain).

Check a from address

それから要望ですが、identity を複数持っている場合に From 
も確認するように
できないでしょうか。うっかり不適切な From 
をつけてしまうことがあるため、

Doesn't work about "Send Later" --- now supported.

Environment:
Thunderbird 17.0.8 + Confirm-Address 1.2.6, on Ubuntu

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start to compose a new message.
2. Choose "File" => "Send Later" in the composer window.

Expected result:
The dialog of Confirm-Address is shown and I can cancel to send the composing 
message. After the "OK" button is pressed, the message is stored into the 
"Outbox" folder of the local folder account.

Actual result:
The composing message is stored into the "Outbox" folder of the local folder 
account, without any confirmation.

The attached patch will solve this issue. Could you merge it to the next 
release?

"Send now" not working when keyboard combination "Ctrl + Enter" is pressed

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new message, filling recipients, subject and body properly
2. Press Ctrl + Enter to send now
3. Nothing happens

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The mail should be sent

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ThunderBird is 24.0.1, Confirm-address 1.2.6. My OS is Win 7 64 bits.

Please provide any additional information below.
This started happening after an update to TB! It used to work just fine with 
previous versions of TB.
Also, take into account that going to the File menu and selecting Send Now from 
the menu works just fine. The only issue lies with the keyboard combination.
I have disabled the warning notice for Ctrl + Enter combination.
Disabling the addon fixes the problem.

サブドメインを確認対象に含めるか設定可能にする

例えばcompany.comをドメインリストに設定すると、foo.company.com
や
bar.company.comも自分の組織として認識されてしまい、
使いにくいケースがあります。

ex)
 * tokyo.company.comは社内宛てなのでチェック不要だが、osaka.company.comは
   他社(他支店)扱いなのでチェックしたい
 * company.comは社内宛てなのでチェックが不要だが、lists.company.comは
  外部公開MLを開設しているのでチェックしたい

そこで、サブドメインを確認対象に含めるか設定可能にし��
�はどうでしょうか?

Reply-To headers are checked (unnecessarily)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Write a new message
2. Select Reply-To: in the first drop-down box in the address area (where
it currently reads To:)
3. Include a valid email in the Reply-To: box, and also address the
remainder of the email in the usual way.
4. Click Send.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see only To:, Cc:, and Bcc: addresses in the list of addresses
to check.
In addition, and contrary to expectation, I see any Reply-To: addresses
listed to check.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Running 1.2.2 on Thunderbird 2.0.0.23, Windows Vista Business 32-bit SP2.


Note that, as I cannot read Japanese, I do not know if this issue has
already been reported among the dozen Japanese issues in the tracker or not.

Confirm sending address as well

Many users of Thunderbird have several mail accounts configured. To me it 
happens regularly that I send an e-mail from the wrong account (office/private).

The confirm-address extension does a very good job ensuring that e-mails are 
not accidentally sent to the wrong recipients. It would be extremely helpful if 
the extension asks to confirm the sending e-mail address as well, this could 
also be made an optional feature.

Thanks for the nice extension which I am using for years already.

Default button of countdown dialog shall be "Cancel"

The default button is "skip", it should be "Cancel" for its fool-proof.
