After running terraform apply, the file azurek8s is created. it's expected to contain the kubeconfig, but it doesn't.

It seems that Terraform has no access to output variables in provisioner stanza, so it cannot save the kubeconfig automatically

I add this issue just to keep it in mind. So far every time i start the locust VM we need to copy the locustfile.py to the vm.

• check why it's not copied
• or provision it with terraform at VM creation time

Deploy the hamster example from the vpa, it's not scaled as expected.
