Add vertical marker to track and waveform view that updates to show what location on the track/waveform is currently being played.

• Add gradient-stop style editor for compatible properties

Currently if the track is not fully buffered playback will stop unexpectedly and may play sounds not in sync with the UI.

Occasionally when loading a project from a file. If you can identify a set of steps to precisely reproduce this issue please list them in this issue.

Publish all side-effecting actions to an 'UiAction' event with a 'DoUndoActionPair' payload and store in limited size queue.

Play all unmuted tracks together on playback.
