Midi.js has an API that allows setting the volume of channels, but noteOn uses the channel volume at the time that noteOn is called. This means that we need to implement a scheduler (like in pset4) that calls the noteOn callback at particular ticks.

The judge will have a "Next round" button, which when clicked will create the next round. Creating a new round also initializes new submissions for every player in the game.

If the players refresh the page, the next submission will be shown on the screen.

Throws ReferenceError: melodyIndex is not defined

The server should not crash upon visiting a bad URL.
