Implement uploading two or more files to draw diffcov plots

Need elegant way to arrange the buttons (and to respond appropriately when wrong buttons pressed)

Happens with the example data but not with the 999-point subset of worm data.

Could be browser/computer-dependent, other user reports browser crash on loading own data.

As SVG or PNG.

There is already a Chrome browser plugin for grabbing SVG, though.

Let user choose scale of plot points
Set max point diameter to 1, 2, 5, or 10% of plot width

Directly import barrnap results, for example

Implement zoom and drag of plot area by mouse actions.

When one file already loaded and plotted, and a new file subsequently loaded and plotted, the new plot is superimposed on the old one.
drawGraph() needs a "clear" function at beginning.
