将内核加载到内存中

1. 完成BIOS对boot(mbr)程序的加载
2. 完成boot程序对loader程序的加载
3. 完成loader程序在实模式下的内存检测，加载临时的GDT表并进入保护模式
4. 完成loader程序在保护模式下对磁盘的读取，以及elf文件的解析，并将内核初始化程序加载到内存中

初始化内核

1. 用内核程序的段描述符初始化GDT表，并重新加载新的GDT表
2. 初始化并加载中断描述符表IDT
