Given the following json snippet.

    {
        "answer": 42
    }

Where this is represented by a json::object, invoking json::object::get("key") results in a segfault due to passthrough to std::map::at() with exceptions disabled.

Possibile solutions include.

1. Returning a copy of the json::value if not found type is json::TYPE_NULL
2. Returning a pointer to the json::value if not found is nullptr
3. Returning a json::object iterator
4. Add json::object::find() or json::object::exists() to allow checking before calling json::object::get

The following rule found here is not followed for escape characters.

An additional feature could also replace raw UTF-8 code points with the \uXXXX syntax and vise versa.

Currently solidus characters which are not preceded by an escape reverse solidus are regarded as an error, this is too strict.

Instead / should not be required to be proceeded by \ when in json::read(), additionally json::write should not insert \/ where simply / is sufficient.
