最初に「日本語名がついたファイルをそのままの名前でダウンロードすることできるようになる素晴らしいpluginをどうもありがとう！」と礼を言わせてください！

そこでこのプラグインの問題点について報告させてもらうとタイトルの通り[ページの編集時にメディアマネージャーでファイル名をクリックしても反応しなくなる]という点です。
通常は、{{:filename.png?600|}} の様な文字列が挿入されるのですが、まったく反応しなくなります。
ただ画像の方を直接クリックする際は問題なく通常の動作が行われます。

何の根拠もないですが、私が使っているDokuWikiのVersionはRelease 2018-04-22a "Greebo"という最新のものを使っていて、これにplugin側が対応できていないのではないのかなと予想しています。
もちろんpluginのページでこのVersionには"未対応"なのは確認していますが、[バージョンに起因する問題なのか]、[kazmiyaさんはこのpluginを更新できる状態にあるのか]など色々知れたらいいなと思い、報告させてもらいました！

In my wiki I'd like to have a few files with ampersand characters (&) in the name.

When I upload these, your plugin fails to preserve the original name of the file.

It works beautifully for all the other files.

In release rc-2020-06-09 "Hogfather" RC3 (but noticed in previous versions as well), when using the Media Manager popup window to insert a link to a non-image file (e.g. odt/doc/xls/pdf) does not insert a link to the file into the editor window when clicking on the filename or the file-type icon. Images work fine.

This plugin somehow interferes with the default dokuwiki functionality causing a jquery error.

Disabling this plugin resolved the issue.
