Remove axis guidelines on static plot

These appear as white lines.. v. distracting.

Fix the text; refer to real example; change defaults

"Your Table" or "This data" or something like that. See if you can keep it on the plot?

I made it display.

Now, fix the axis labels, and (harder) get rid of the discontinuities. This thing is easier to work with if you pull it out of the server.R and just open in a plain R function/file. It doesn't actually have anything reactive in it, right now.

Put a pointer on the static plot that matches the table.

Add default values to the landing page, and to the discussion there.

Baseline probability input

Static plot: Push the color ramp even further down-- make it noticeably yellow by 1.15 or 1.2

The risk ratio doesn't belong under the table!

That's a population quantity that depends on the baseline probability, in general. It only works from the table if we have a cohort study.

The risk ratio belongs with bias, under the baseline probability.

Try switching the plot and the baseline prob box?

I think having one piece of input on the right is a little strange. It might be good to have some separate text explaining it, though.

Plot point seems to appear at the wrong spot

Plot does something strange when table OR is > 9.

Instead, ask the user to please input another table? Or, perhaps make the plot reactive?
