TeX template for Academy of Management style

This is a TeX template for paper submissions to the Academy of Management (AOM) conference. It adheres to most of the style guidelines detailed here, however it is not currently complete (see current PDF output). Updates and fixes are welcome. It is currently formatted in Times New Roman with one-inch margins, includes a submission ID header, allows for defining hypotheses in block indented italics, and properly formats the three different levels of AOM headings using the standard section, subsection, and subsubsection LaTeX commands. All tables and figures are automatically placed at the end of the paper after the references. The goal is to make conversion of your existing LaTeX documents as easy as possible.

Note: the current version was typeset and tested with XeLaTex, and uses packages such as fontspec which require XeTeX or LuaTeX. I believe these are already included with most modern distributions of TeX, so you need only to choose the appropriate option when typesetting.
