I wanted to say I wouldn't say it happens frequently, but I found a way to reproduce this: vertical scrollbar doesn't update correctly when window is resized. I very rarely resize Koder windows, so I don't experience this problem.
Can you confirm that you use resizing somewhat frequently? :)

Yes, i resize the window to make place for other windows frequently.

Either the patch is not complete, or the fix did not landed in the HaikuPorts repo yet.
