Problem adding Liquidity on Harmony-Testnet

Bug Description
Currently when adding liquidity on Harmony-Testnet the UI just freezes.
When inspecting via the console see the error

useApproveCallback.ts:62 approve was called unnecessarily for adding liquidity

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to Pool screen
  2. Press Add Button
  3. Select tokens USDT and USDC each for an amount of 100,000
  4. Press approve USDC button
  5. Screen Freezes
    ...

Expected Behavior

  1. Approval should be done via metamask
  2. Liquidity can then be added

Additional Context
This may stem from the issues we're having with deployment and calculation of the INIT_CODE_PAIR_HASH
