Performance Measures test cases have a second opinion

In InventorySimulation the custom input windows (FirstCustomInputWindow and SecondCustomInputWindow) are not coded yet.
The user may have to enter the measures and simulation values by himself (manually).

Have to ensure that the simulation logic is well handled by entering small custom input from SecondCustomInputWindow and then tracing the simulation table data and if it correlates with the chart representation.

Have to ensure that the simulation logic is well handled by trying all the possible combinations between the Selection Method and Stopping Criteria.

As a Bonus Feature, we need to add our conclusion about the servers utility and whether if we need extra servers or we want to minimize them.

Readme file needed to be written in such a global way to represent all the Simulators included in the repository.
