The Quantified Student

Instructions

Part I

• Open the file class.groups.A8.csv to find the group you have been allocated to
• You will be working in groups of 7 on a quantified student project
• Download the Sensor Kinetics Pro app to your iOS or Android device
• Investiaget the different measures available in the app

Part II

• In consultation with your group select a physical activity that: a) can be measured using the app and b) some members of the group are experts and some are novices at
• Collect measurements for all members of the group
• Look for patterns in your data that can be used to differentiate experts from novices
• Use this information to create an intervention to improve the nove group members' performance
• Re-measure performance to see if it improved for the novices

Part III

• Create a presentation that explains your project and upload it to the Assignment 8 Github Repo under 2018 (examples available there too).
• Upload your presentation below by 5:00pm December 13

Part IV

• Please complete a survey for each of the 2018 films below using the this link by 5:00pm December 18
