This is a simple command-line based finance calculator that allows you to calculate the amount of interest you'll earn on your investment or the amount you'll have to pay on a home loan.

To use this calculator, you need to have python3 installed on your system. Once you have python3 installed, you can clone the repository by running the following command:
git clone https://github.com/username/finance_calculator.git
To run the calculator, navigate to the cloned repository and run the following command:
python3 finance_calculator.py
Then choose either 'investment' or 'bond' from the menu that appears to proceed.
For investment calculation, you'll be prompted to enter the amount you want to deposit, the interest rate you want, the number of years you plan to invest for and the type of interest you want - 'Simple' or 'Compound'
For bond calculation, you'll be prompted to enter the present value of the house, the interest rate for the bond, and the number of months to repay the bond.
