Support multus-calico with k8s version latest

Hi, I'm using k8s version 1.17.x. In this, extensions/v1beta1 api not support for Daemonset. I'm replace this api with apps/v1. Multus pod can run but when I create pod, net-attach-def don't add in pod. I think it is necessary to have a new update of the multus-daemonset file now

multus-calico seems to be old so that current k8s cannot use it

using Contrail with multus

Hi, I have a problem about integrating Tungsten with Multus. I see the issue mentioned here https://review.opencontrail.org/c/Juniper/contrail-controller/+/58387. But could not find any instructions to do it. Looking forward to help with this issue. Thank you everyone.

Wish list: DHCP CNI daemon

It'd be great if we created a DHCP CNI daemon daemonset that spins up the DHCP CNI plugin in daemon mode on all the nodes.
